The emergency department at Watertown Regional Medical Center is located on the backside of the hospital at 125 Hospital Drive. Our emergency department is an Accredited Chest Pain Center with state-of-the-art diagnostic and treatment equi9pment to meet your needs at all times. Our Emergency Department is open 24/7, 365 days/year and our board-certified emergency medicine physicians, nurses and technicians are standing by to treat your condition.

Common Emergency Conditions include:

• Major head trauma
• Difficulty breathing or shortness of breath
• Chest or upper abdominal pain or pressure
• Fainting, sudden dizziness or weakness
• Changes in vision, difficulty speaking
• Confusion or  changes in mental status
• Any sudden or severe pain
• Unusual abdominal pain
• Uncontrolled bleeding
• Coughing or vomiting blood
• Severe or persistent vomiting or diarrhea
