About Perinatology

A maternal-fetal medicine specialist, also called a Perinatologist, is an Obstetrician who has received additional education and can evaluate, diagnose and monitor high risk pregnancies.

Watertown Regional Medical Center collaborates with UW Health and Meriter Hospital to provide maternal-fetal medicine services to Watertown and the surrounding communities. These physicians are on-site regularly and their goal is to make a high-risk situation less stressful for you and your baby and help ensure a healthier pregnancy and a safer delivery.
