Watertown Regional Medical Center Sleep Center Moves to Newly Upgraded Space
February 13, 2025

Watertown Regional Medical Center (WRMC) is excited to announce that its Sleep Center has moved to a new, larger location, located on the third floor of the hospital. This newly upgraded space enhances their ability to provide high-quality sleep studies and care for patients with sleep disorders.
The new space has been designed to better accommodate individuals with disabilities and offers a quieter environment, leading to more accurate sleep study results. WRMC’s Sleep Center provides diagnosis and treatment for a wide range of sleep disorders, including Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA), Shift Work Disorder (SWD), Sleep-Related Eating Disorders, Restless Legs Syndrome (RLS), Insomnia, Adolescent Sleep Disorders, and Narcolepsy.
“A good night’s sleep is essential for overall health, and when sleep is disrupted, it can affect everything from daily energy levels to long-term well-being,” said Amy Dingler, Manager of Sleep Services and Certified Sleep Educator at WRMC. “This new space allows us to better serve our patients in a more comfortable, effective setting, helping them get the rest they need to live healthier lives.”
If you experience difficulty falling asleep, staying asleep, or feeling unrested even after a full night’s sleep, a sleep study could provide the answers you need. Talk to your primary care provider about a sleep lab referral or call 920.262.4335 for more information.
