Kristine Weninger wasn’t sure what to expect when coming to Watertown Regional Medical Center for her hysterectomy.  She had been coming to the Center for Women’s Health for years, but Dr. Jason McMaster was a new provider to her, and she had never experienced a surgery before. Quickly, she realized she was in good hands as Dr. McMaster and the entire team at WRMC care deeply for their patients.

“This was my first ever surgery and I was beyond nervous. Everyone I crossed paths with, from registration, to the nurses, and the CRNA (who’s confidence helped ease my fears), greeted me with a warm smile and were so nice and professional. As soon as I arrived, they cared for me and made the entire experience very easy. They did a phenomenal job and the care I received was first class. I ended up staying overnight and both the day and night nurses WERE AMAZING!” 

“The nurses getting me ready for the surgery took great care and counsel to keep me informed on what was going on and why they needed to prep me with all the protocols to keep everyone safe. As I was rolled into the operating room, the team had fun music playing and turned it down when I got in there. I made sure to let them know not to turn it down on my account, so they turned it back up. I LOVED IT because it made for a great environment and let me help control the experience.”
